Novolin N 100U 10ML VIAL

Description

Novolin N , a type of intermediate-acting insulin (insulin NPH), helps control blood sugar levels. Both adults and children who have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes. It comes in different forms, like vials (Novolin N) and pre-filled pens (Novolin N FlexPen), making it easy for people to choose what works best for them.

This is given through a shot under the skin, once or twice a day. It helps keep your blood sugar levels stable all day. It starts working in 1 to 2 hours, reaches its best effect between 4 to 12 hours after the shot, and can last up to 24 hours.

Novolin N is usually effective, but people using it should know about possible side effects. These can include low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), weight gain, and reactions at the injection site, like redness or swelling. Checking blood sugar regularly and talking to healthcare providers are important for adjusting doses and managing diabetes well. Also, patients need to learn how to spot the signs of low blood sugar and know what to do if it happens.
